Dinner and dance planning in Singapore, from the ballroom booking to the last song. We run the vendors, the programme and the night itself, so your team can spend the evening at the table instead of backstage.
A company D&D stands on two things: the food and the programme. We book a venue that fits your headcount and budget, pin down the per-head package before service charge and GST are added, and build a run sheet that keeps speeches short and spreads the lucky draw across the evening.
If you already have a venue, an emcee or a band, we plan around them rather than replacing them.
You get one contact from the first call to the final invoice. We brief and book the vendors, collect dietary needs with the RSVPs, build the seating plan, run the rehearsal, and stand at the back on the night with the run sheet and a spare microphone.
Ask us for an itemised quote. Our fee and the event costs are listed separately, with service charge and GST shown, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Tell us what the evening is for — a year-end thank-you, an anniversary, a long-service night — and we build the programme around it. Awards sit in short blocks between courses, performances go where energy dips, and the grand prize stays late so people stay with it. If you are giving out awards, our awards ceremony team handles citations, trophies and the photo moment so the walk-ons do not hold up dinner.

Send us your date, guest numbers and rough budget, and we will come back with options. If you are still working it out, our guide to planning a company dinner and dance in Singapore covers venue types, ++ pricing, halal catering and a sample run sheet. Contact us.

We collect dietary needs with the RSVP and give the venue a table-by-table list, so the right plate reaches the right seat. Where you need halal food, we check that the venue's kitchen or the caterer holds certification from MUIS, the only body that issues halal certification in Singapore. “No pork, no lard” is not the same thing, and for some guests the difference matters.
A live band or DJ for the dance floor, plus one or two short acts during dinner. Where the act sits in the run sheet matters more than the act itself: performances land better after a course than after a long speech. We book and brief the acts and build their sound check into the rehearsal.
Yes. If the ballroom, the emcee or an AV supplier is already booked, we plan around them and coordinate on the night. We will still ask the venue for its event rules — setup hours, overtime charges and whether outside AV is allowed — because those decide what the evening can include.
With a run sheet of timings agreed with you and shared with the venue, the emcee and every vendor. The emcee holds the clock and has permission to move things along. We rehearse the walk-ons, because winners collecting awards and stopping for photos always takes longer than anyone plans for.
The per-head or per-table package is usually the largest line, and hotels quote it before 10% service charge and 9% GST, which adds about 19.9% to the figure you were given. On top come AV, décor, emcee, entertainment, photography, prizes and our fee. Our cost guide explains what drives the total and what to check in any quote.
As early as you can for December, January and the weeks around Chinese New Year, when most companies hold their dinners and the better ballrooms and emcees go first. Outside that period there is more room, but the venue still decides which dates you can have.
