What we do, and how we work

Event Company Singapore plans and runs corporate events: conferences and seminars, dinner and dance and awards nights, product launches and office openings, team building and retreats, and hybrid events for teams spread across the region.

Most of our work is the unglamorous part. Finding a venue whose rules do not fight your programme. Getting quotes that can actually be compared. Building a run sheet everyone works from. Rehearsing the walk-ons. Standing at the back on the night with a spare microphone, so the people who organised the event can attend their own event.

How we work

Itemised quotes and straight answers

Our quotes separate our fee from event costs, list AV item by item, and show service charge and GST rather than burying them, so you can compare us against anyone else line by line.

We will also tell you when you do not need something. Not every launch needs media. Not every team needs a themed away-day. A smaller room that is full beats a large one that is half empty. Saying so costs us work occasionally, and it is the reason clients come back.
