Event: Health On Track 2023, held alongside the official opening of the NUWoC Children’s Clinic @ NTFGH

The brief
Two things had to happen on one morning, in a working hospital: a public community health event with more than twenty partner organisations, and a formal clinic opening attended by a Guest of Honour from the Ministry of Health.
The constraints
- A live hospital. Build, sound checks and crowd flow all had to work around clinical operations and patient access.
- A Guest of Honour. Ms Rahayu Mahzam, then Parliamentary Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Law, joined the programme — which fixes the run-of-show to the minute and leaves no room for overrun.
- Twenty-plus partners. Community and retail partners each needed correct billing on the backdrop and a place in the programme.
What we delivered
- Main stage with a full-width printed backdrop carrying both hospital identities and every partner logo
- Lectern with dual hospital branding, line-array PA and stage monitors for speeches
- A custom modular reveal wall for the clinic opening — printed blocks assembled by the Guest of Honour and hospital leadership in place of a conventional ribbon cut
- Balloon and floor styling through the clinic approach
