What kinds of events do you run?

Conferences and seminars, town halls, dinner and dance and annual dinners, awards ceremonies, product launches, office openings, team building, overseas retreats, and hybrid events for teams across the region.

What does full event management include?

How do you charge?

A fixed management fee for an agreed scope, or a percentage of budget on larger events with a cap agreed up front. Our fee is shown separately from event costs, and hotel prices are quoted before 10% service charge and 9% GST. See our cost guide.

Are you on site on the day?

Do we need a permit or licence?

How early should we start?

Start with the venue as soon as you have a date range and rough guest numbers, because the venue decides the date. December, January and the weeks around Chinese New Year go first.

Can you work with our venue or vendors?

Yes. We plan around what you have booked and coordinate it on the day, and we will still get the venue's event rules in writing, because setup hours and AV restrictions decide what the programme can include.

How do we get a quote?
